2019 has been frenetic at Hiver. We doubled up our team size — product, engineering, marketing, sales — every team is brimming with new energy.

We introduced a whole bunch of functionalities this year: Views, Customer surveys, and Auto assignment

It was also the first time that we showcased at a major tech event — Google Cloud Next in SF. Around 500 people visited our booth, and we had an absolute blast.

Oh, we also performed our first-ever email study (it uncovers where the email clutter at work stems from). And it actually went viral.

The best of all: we’re overwhelmed by the love of 1500 customers (including a few unicorns). It’s been more exciting than ever.
